This product has great range and is much better than the 3 other brands I tried first. The camera has a wide angle and the color is great. Comtecting to the computer was easy. The only draw backs are the Skype web viewer is hard to figure out and the batteries don’t last long in the monitor but I just pluged it in. I had it up and running in 30 minutes

This product never worked from the second we got it home and plugged in. The camera won’t stay on more than 10 seconds and it won’t turn on when you try to run it on batteries. Tech support was no help at all. They said there was nothing they could do and that they were low on parts so returning it to them for a new one would take a long time. They suggested trying to return it to the store we got it from and buying a new. It was a waste of money and time. We didn’t even get to the skype part so you could watch using live streaming video but I hear people have a lot of complications with that as well. Wish I researched this product more before purchasing it.

I decided to buy this software after having great luck with the MobiCam AV. So far, I have to say I’m pleased with how easy it was to install and use. I have even been able to record a few things which is great! My parents who live in the West Coast have been able to log in online and view the baby. I think this is a great buy for long distance families.
